Message	:Also his clock and windshield wipers work with the key out of the ignition. This also started around the same time the paint problem. Sounds like he has a cross-feed. Do they stop when he pulls the fuse for those? If they continue to work, keep pulling fuses until it stops. You will have found the source circuit.
